I began my career as a daycare educator, which inspired me to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Childhood and Social Institutions and Psychology at Western University. It was during this time that I discovered my passion for supporting the well-being of individuals and families.
I went on to complete my Master’s in Psychology at Adler Graduate Professional School and began practicing in private settings, working with individuals, couples, and parents navigating a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, emotion dysregulation, relationship struggles, attachment wounds, self-esteem, disordered eating, and neurodivergence. As someone who personally experiences ADHD, I bring both professional expertise and lived understanding to my work.
As a registered psychotherapist and relational consultant, I am deeply committed to creating a safe, empathetic, non-judgmental, and collaborative therapeutic space. I integrate my love for teaching and educating into workshops for Early Childhood Educators, while also guiding individuals and families through therapy. My approach combines evidence-based practices with relational and humanistic frameworks to support meaningful growth and healing.
Seeking therapy is a courageous step. My goal is to support, empower, and walk alongside you through this process.

My training is grounded in an integrative blend of evidence-based and relational approaches, allowing me to support individuals, couples, and families in a meaningful and personalized way. I draw from attachment-based and emotionally focused therapies, alongside trauma-informed and somatic modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) and polyvagal-informed work. My approach is further supported by cognitive and behavioural therapies, including CBT, DBT, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I also hold certification in Adlerian therapy, a humanistic and developmental approach that explores early experiences, belonging, and purpose to support lasting change.
